Cancellation Policy

Daily Sailings

Cancellations made 24 hours or more prior to departure will receive a full refund.

Private Charters

Cancellations made 72 hours or more prior to departure will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made after these timeframes, as well as guests who do not arrive for their scheduled sailing, will be charged the full fare. If you need to make changes to your reservation, please contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
Booking and processing fees charged by the reservation platform are non-refundable.

Weather and Sailing Conditions

The safety and comfort of our guests are our highest priorities. All sailings are dependent on sea and weather conditions.

Our captain may delay, modify, or cancel a sailing if conditions are not suitable. Should this occur, guests will have the option to reschedule their booking or receive a full refund.

Rain

Our vessel offers both indoor seating and protected outdoor seating ensuring guests remain dry and comfortable.

Fog

Fog conditions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. The captain will determine whether conditions are suitable for sailing.

Thunderstorms

For safety reasons, sailings will not depart if thunderstorms are present or expected.

Weather conditions in Passamaquoddy Bay and the Bay of Fundy can change quickly and may differ significantly from what is observed in St. Andrews. The captain will make the final determination regarding departure approximately 30 minutes before sailing time.
